ROARK OMNI-CHANNEL PRODUCT MARKETING CAMPAIGN: THE BLESS UP

How it was solved:

Execute from brief to production to dispatch online across all channels.

On this project, I led the campaign from start to finish.

I worked with our e-commerce team to determine product choices based on inventory and velocity. 

Vetted and hired out a professional quality production studio.

Scouted out locations and hired out talent

Was present on each shoot day 

Oversaw editing process and briefed cutdowns for different channels: paid social, organic social, CTV, PDP

Deployed finished assets through all channels

Optimized delivery and A/B tested creatives to garner a ROAS of 9 for a single creative 

In addition to owned channel distribution, I activated media outlets like Gear Patrol and Podcast sponsorships to ensure an omni-channel approach.

The Challenge: Create a compelling storytelling piece for digital distribution in a condensed timeframe

ROARK CHANNEL EXPANSION: PODCAST ADVERTISING

The Challenge: With the decreasing performance on Meta, diversification is essential

How it was solved:

Research into other areas where our audience with buying power spent their time: Podcasts

I was given a testing budget to explore the podcast arena.

To be frugal with the funds, I saw the greatest impact to have the podcast not only read our ads, but to also feature key players in the brand to establish a relationship for the audience. 

Surf Splendor was the initial test which we initially had the founder of the brand be the subject of the interview to provide context why the brand is important and why the listener should care.

This saw immediate success as the podcast was featured across both brand and media's sites, socials and email newsletters.

First episode garnered over 15k unique downloads in a 2 week period

The program quickly scaled and the relationship was expanded as was the guests to the show.

DEW TOUR CONTENT CREATION

How it was solved:

Efficient communication across teams to understand needs and produced on time.

Dew Tour is an action-sports based event that covers disciplines from ski to skateboarding in the winter (Colorado) and summer (Long Beach) 

I utilized my relationships to the athletes to capture relevant content for use on the Dew tour social media channels and NBC live stream.

The Challenge: Capture impactful content and deliver in a timely manner in hot summer and snowy winter environments
